  • Overseeing the day-to-day property operations, management of the on-site management and maintenance staff of each community in our portfolio through on-site teams of Property Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Technicians and other professionals.
  • Our Support staff in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Human Resources, Payroll, Procurement and Real Estate Development are fee services that we offer to our clients.
  • Our Project Managers can provide an oversight of contract work being performed in the communities including the annual bidding of service contracts to ensure our clients are receiving the best service and pricing.
  • As a Government Agency, we have the ability to receive special pricing and purchase items in bulk at a savings that is passed on to our clients.
  • Preventative maintenance programs, including a monthly schedule of building and systems inspections are monitored by our Capital Project Managers.
  • To maintain our quality standards our communities receive quarterly property audits and site inspections.
