What is TEAM?

The Housing Authority of Winston- Salem and the Bethesda Center's TEAM Tenant. Empowerment. And Motivation. project takes a holistic approach to addressing the needs of families and allows tenants the opportunity to access resources while taking additional steps towards economic self-sufficiency. The project will connect with the 49 households in the Town view Community. Each tenant will have the opportunity to improve education outcomes and early learning opportunities, employability skills training and job placement assistance.

Goals

How can I benefit from TEAM?

  • Access to the necessary resources to pursue self-directed goals and the path to self-sufficiency.
