Homeownership Institute

The HOPE VI project also provides an opportunity for qualified residents to become homeowners. Approximately one third of the new homes planned for the revitalized communities will be reserved for public housing households. To prepare them to purchase one of these homes, or a home in the private sector, FSS program participants can enroll in the HOPE VI Homeownership Institute.
