Board Chairman, James Rousseau
Mr. Rousseau began his career as a Science Teacher in the Winston-Salem/Forsyth
County School System. He later served as Principal of Philo Junior High and Paisley
High School prior to assuming his present position at Forsyth Tech Community
College. He serves on numerous boards and committees. |

Vice Chairperson, Lida Hayes-Calvert
Mrs. Hayes-Calvert has 18 years of experience in Industrial & Commercial
painting and decorating. She is affiliated with S&L Painting and Decorating,
Inc. She serves on several area boards and committees including M/WBE Advisory
Board, W-S Chamber of Commerce, Small Business Committee Chair, and FTCC Foundation
President to name a few. |

Thomas Adams
Mr. Thomas R. Adams brings with him over 30 years of experience in the finance field. He joined Reynolds American in 1999, after 14 years as a partner at Deloitte & Touché LLP. He is a CPA with memberships with the Board of Directors for technology Concepts & Design, Inc; NC Association of CPA’s; the American Institute of CPA's; the Old Hickory Council of the Boy Scouts of America. His financial expertise and voluntary dedication are welcomed qualities to our board. |

Naomi Williams Jones
Mrs. Jones is a retired educator with 30 years service in the Winston-Salem/Forsyth
County School System. She has been politically involved in local, state
and national races. Mrs. Jones currently has lifetime
affiliations with NC Retired School
Personnel, NEA,
NAACP, WSSU
Alumni Association,
and
Sigma
Gamma
Rho Sorority, Inc. to name a few. Her experience and commitment to education
are valuable contributions. |

Doris Kimbrough
Ms. Kimbrough brings a perspective to the HAWS Advisory Council that many
of our residents can model. Currently a resident of Healy Towers, she continues
to volunteer in early childhood settings, a likely choice for a person who retired
from working in child development after 27 years. We are fortunate to have someone
of Mrs. Kimbrough's background and experience serve on the HAWS Advisory Board. |

Bruce Levin
Mr. Levin is a retired CPA and member of AICPA, NCACPA and his experience
and expertise is an asset to the HAWS Board. Mr. Levin is a graduate of the
University of NC at Chapel Hill with a BS in Commerce. He has served on many
boards throughout the City of Winston-Salem.

Walter W. Pitt, Jr.
Mr. Pitt is a founding member of Bell, Davis & Pitt, P.A. He
received a BA in Economics from the UNC-CH and a JD Law Degree from WFU.
Mr. Pitt serves as general counsel of Forsyth County Tourism Dev. Authority,
Chairman
for the Bankruptcy Section of the NC Bar Assoc., member of the NC and
FC Bar Assoc. and has served on various boards including
the YMCA, SciWorks, Piedmont Club, and others. |

Theldora Williams
Mrs. Theldora Williams received a BA degree from the Univ. of Tennessee
- Knoxville. She & her husband, own TES Engraving & Sign Co.,
which has won regional and national awards for outstanding service during
its 10
yr. history. Theldora has served as Co-Chair for the 1985 Coliseum Bond
Referendum and W-S Human Relations Commission; as
Chairman of
the Minority Enterprise Loan Program; and on The Minority/Women's Bus. Enterprise
Committee.

Yvonne Jefferson
Mrs. Jefferson has been the Resident Council President of Happy Hill Gardens
for many years and has participated consistently in the various functions
and meetings of the HOPE VI Program at HHG. She was an employee
in the Residents Against Involvement with Drugs Program of HAWS. HAWS is
fortunate to have someone of Mrs. Jefferson's background and experience to
serve on
the Board. |
